3. Our Content

Everything on our website (photos, descriptions, designs, logos) is ours. You can view and use it for personal shopping. Don't copy, redistribute, or use our content without permission.

4. Your Account

Keep your password private. Let us know if someone uses your account without permission. If you break our rules or make excessive returns, we can suspend your account.

5. Products & Pricing

  • Descriptions and photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colors may vary slightly on screen
  • Always check our size guide before ordering
  • Prices are in â‚ą and can change (but not for orders already placed)
  • If we're out of stock, we'll let you know and offer a refund or alternative

6. Ordering & Payment

We accept Cards, UPI, Digital Wallets, and COD (with a ₹100 handling fee in selected areas). You'll get a confirmation via email and SMS. If you're double-charged by mistake, let us know and we'll refund you. All payments are secure—we don't store your full card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship via Delhivery in 5–7 business days. Shipping is ₹100 for orders under ₹999, and free above ₹1,000. Make sure you give us the right address—we're not responsible for delays caused by incomplete addresses. Once it reaches you, it's yours.

Quick version:

  • Damaged? Full refund to your bank (report within 24 hrs with photos)
  • Changed your mind? Store credit (up to 7 days, unused)
  • Wrong size? First exchange free, then â‚ą80–100 for shipping

All returns must be within 7 days of delivery, unused, and in original packaging.

9. What We're Not Responsible For

  • Website errors or downtime (we try to prevent them, but accidents happen)
  • Delays in delivery due to weather, natural disasters, or issues beyond our control (like Delhivery delays)
  • Product issues caused by improper handling after delivery

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to a refund or replacement—whichever applies under our Refund Policy.

10. Play Fair

Don't use our website for illegal stuff, hacking, harassment, or spam. Don't try to resell our products in bulk. If you break these rules, we'll suspend your account and may involve authorities if needed.

11. Third-Party Services

We use Delhivery for shipping and payment gateways for transactions. We're not responsible for their services—use them at your own risk.
